How to Order Your Repeat Prescriptions

• Online: Register for Patient Access and order with ease.
• In Person: Visit our surgery location.
• By Mail: Send your request with a stamped, addressed envelope.
• Email: Please email your request to bnssg.lockingcastle.scripts@nhs.net
• Through Your Pharmacy: Drop off your counterfoil at your designated pharmacy.

Important Notes:

• We cannot accept prescription requests over the phone.
• Please allow two working days for processing (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
• If your doctor prescribes medication after a phone consultation it will usually be sent to your usual pharmacy electronically.  Please note it may take several hours for your pharmacy to receive this information.
